Galicia Jewish Museum

On June 28, 2017 in the Jewish Museum Galicja, there was a preview of an exceptional exhibition entitled "The girl from the diary. In search of Rywka from the Łódź ghetto". We are proud of the implementation of several multimedia solutions and applications that play integral part of this exhibition. In the central section, we hanged six Optoma projectors, each with a 5200 ANSI light intensity, creating an omni-directional projection covering all the walls of the room. The projectors are equipped with short-range lenses with a distance factor of 0.81:1. As a part of the content, we have prepared a subdued animation composed only of large-format photos. The film has become a part of the application we created, thanks to which the guide can manage the content presented on the walls by using a tablet. In the side room, there is a multimedia table with a 46 "touch screen provided by us. The table presents an interactive application with extensive substantive content regarding the subject of the exhibition, the history of the Łódź ghetto and Rywka Lipszyc. The graphic and programming part of the application was created in our Studio. We are also the authors of the mobile application prepared for tablets embedded in the exhibition, used to present texts from the Diary.

The whole undertaking required a lot of planning work, many consultations with the Museum, cooperation of installers, graphic designers and programmers. We are proud of its effect, and the fact that the exhibition was warmly welcomed by the audience is a great satisfaction for us. One of the assumptions of the exhibition is its mobility and adaptability in other museum institutions. We hope that there will be a positive response from viewers there.
