Port Gdańsk at Breakbulk Europe: How we created a beach and an illusion of the sea in the heart of Rotterdam.
Once again, we had the pleasure of creating something more than just a stand for Port Gdańsk. At Breakbulk Europe in Rotterdam, we faced a challenge: how to transport the experience of the Baltic Sea directly into a trade fair hall? Our answer: we combined technology with nature.
Immersive LED scenography: Impressively arranged, large-format curved LED screens served as the backdrop, creating a "magical illusion of a raging sea" that dynamically captured attention from across the hall.
Sensory design (WOW factor): We didn't stop at visuals. We filled the central part of the stand with real sand, creating an authentic beach experience.
Multimedia floor: The immersion was completed by an LED floor surrounding the sand, simulating waves washing over the shore.
Meeting zone: We arranged a comfortable networking area right on the "beach," allowing guests to conduct business conversations in an absolutely unforgettable setting.
We created an oasis that became one of the most photographed spaces at the trade fair. Guests could literally "step aboard" Port Gdańsk. This project proves our ability to combine advanced multimedia with bold scenographic concepts to deliver a deep, sensory brand experience.arki.
