Exhibition stands at ITM Europe 2026

Key elements of the projects

STIGAL - when a machine needs a translator

For STIGAL, the challenge was not simply the visibility of the machines. The challenge was to show what large equipment cannot explain quickly enough at a trade fair: the process, precision and dynamics of work.

That is why the corner LED screen played an important role. It was not a decoration or a background for the logo. It added what a static machine does not show in the first seconds of contact: work details, close-ups and the production context.

In this project, the screen supported the product conversation instead of competing with the physical display.

ITT Technika – a digital showroom in a limited space

For ITT Technika, the challenge was the opposite: how to present a portfolio of heavy CNC machine tools without placing a full-size machine on the stand.

On a 40 m² space, the screen took over the main role in presenting the product. What mattered was not only what it displayed, but also how it was integrated into the stand layout.

The curved LED wall improved content visibility from different directions along the aisle. Its position also allowed the presentation to keep working even while conversations were taking place at the tables.

Branding order was just as important. With several partner brands, the goal was to make it immediately clear who was leading the communication and which brands were part of the offer.

Abplanalp – a large space that needed order

For Abplanalp, the challenge was not one dominant attraction, but a large space that had to be clearly organized: CNC machines, a tooling zone, service points, meeting areas, storage and natural visitor flow.

Structural columns were an additional element. Instead of treating them as an obstacle, we integrated them into the stand architecture. The built-up structure became the back area and naturally divided the space into a machine-focused zone and a tooling-and-meeting zone.

Dark walls and red carpet helped clearly define the brand space, while the functional layout prevented the large area from turning into chaos.

Stands that guide attention

These three projects show that exhibition stand design is not only about placing walls, screens and furniture.

Sometimes you need to show a process that cannot be seen when the machine is standing still.

Sometimes the screen has to take over the role of a digital showroom.

Sometimes the biggest challenge is organizing a large space so that every meter has a clear purpose.

A good stand does not end with visual impact. It starts working when it helps visitors understand where to go, what to look at and who to talk to.

This is how we understand exhibition stand design: as creating spaces that guide attention, support conversations and help brands make better use of their presence at trade fairs.
