Myths about trade show booths that hold back your creativity

DO YOU NEED A SPECTACULARLY DESIGNED TRADE SHOW BOOTH, BUT YOUR BUDGET IS HOLDING YOU BACK?
DO YOU WANT YOUR BRAND TO STAND OUT WITH A DISTINCTIVE PRESENTATION, BUT THINK YOUR INDUSTRY IS BORING?
OR MAYBE YOU'RE WORRIED THAT EFFECTIVE DISPLAYS ARE
TOO COMPLICATED?

This post was created to dispel the fears our clients face. We want to show that many obstacles can be overcome, even at a small cost, and that participation in trade shows is profitable and brings a lot of satisfaction.

1. I need a large space for a multimedia booth
2. A multimedia booth is too expensive for me
3. I have nothing to show on a big screen
4. I'm overwhelmed by the idea of managing multimedia!
5. Screens are not my aesthetic, I prefer something cozier
6. LED screens are glaring and overwhelming

Mit 1: I need a large space for a multimedia booth.

Truth: Multimedia is the best way to make a small booth one of the most impressive points of the event. Using a modular solution with a dedicated video presentation on screen can have a unique effect. A small booth with multimedia elements is clever, but definitely not modest.

Myth 2: A multimedia booth is too expensive for me.

Truth: The price of a multimedia booth may indeed be high for you, and we aren't surprised if it exceeds your anticipated expenses.

That's why we always explain in detail what makes up the final cost. We understand that budget is often key to decision-making, and if necessary, we adjust the offer to fit your capabilities.

We might then suggest a smaller booth or reducing some of the solutions in a way that still maintains the intended function.

Why is investing in a booth profitable in the long run? Reach for our article about the costs of a multimedia booth

In reality, by using multimedia solutions, you can gain more than the cost implies:

• Proven increased brand visibility at trade shows

• Conversion into building brand awareness and customer engagement

• Professionalization of the image and building trust

• We provide full technical support throughout the project and at the trade show

• You can reuse the equipment multiple times and refresh it with new content

• You have the option to save on exhibition space

Myth 3: I have nothing to show on a big screen.

Truth: Tell us what you do, and we'll talk about it in an interesting and attractive way. Maybe you don't have materials that are suitable for a large screen right now, but if you contact our creative team, you'll see that designing presentations on the most unusual topics is something we enjoy.

In our portfolio, you will find projects created for clients from various industries, where we have been able to realize dreams of spectacular visualizations presenting the possibilities and character of the enterprise. (Link to the portfolio)

Myth 4: Managing multimedia is too much for me!

Truth: Don't worry that operating a multimedia booth will be too difficult for you. Devices are created for users who don't have specialist technical knowledge.

For device manufacturers, it simply pays to design an intuitive management system for clients from any industry. In case of doubts, you can always count on technical support, which, as an equipment supplier, we guarantee.

Myth 5: Screens are not my aesthetic, I prefer something cozier.

Truth: The atmosphere of the booth depends on you. A multimedia booth doesn't mean covering all surfaces with LED screens and doesn't impose a futuristic, cold style.

Monitors or interactive totems enhance installations adorned with plants, wood, or fabrics. In our portfolio, we have booths with botanical arrangements that break the coldness of trade show halls.

Myth 6: LED screens are glaring and overwhelming

Truth: You don't have to worry about negative effects if the installation is well-designed. Multimedia installations are created by professionals aware of how human perception works.

In each project, we consider a number of factors. Here are the basics: • The size of the screen and the height at which it is placed is comfortable for viewers.

• We avoid overloading the screen with white and bright colours.

• The dynamics of the visualization are interspersed with calming parts.

• Text segments must be legible and not too lengthy.
