Euro 2012

Although FIFA may still be reluctant to introduce modern technology to the game of football, no one had similar doubts at National Philharmonic in Kraków, where six events during Euro 2012 Poland & Ukraine were held. Thanks to working with Berrylife, the Philharmonic installed modern installations, designed with sports fans in mind.

We put two multimedia stands inside the building. They’re most often used for conferences and presentations, but on that occasion, we had found a slightly different use for them. Attractive, futuristic looks, mixed with a hi-end 40” display and touch technology make for a potent, universally fitting device.

During Euro 2012 guests of the events held by National Philharmonic could use the Berrylife stands as modern, multimedia match centres. The deivces let them access the latest news, stats, images, and videos from across the playing fields. They could also use take a football knowledge quiz. Additionally, the stands were equipped with an app promoting the sponsors of the project: Sharp, Orange, Hyundai, and Canon.
