CiscoForum, April 7-8, 2016, Zakopane

At the beginning of April 2016 we had a great pleasure to realize a multimedia service of 18th Cisco Forum edition. It is a finest polish conference of the ICT branch, every year prepared on a grand scale. It was a huge challange also for us, especially technical and logistical. A stage, conference rooms, fair zone, innovation area, game zone, and in all these places our multimedia equipment. The central place of the event was a tent, under which was built the stage. Above we hang a high definition HD3 LED screen in a shape of a quadrangle, of a total surface 40m2. In the tant there were also built moving fair booths with 50" LCD screens. Here, in the innovation zone, there were presented the latest trends in ICT in the world and in Poland. In the evening the tent was changed into an entertainment zone, with concerts on the stage. The conference program assumed parallel occurrence in several rooms simultaneously. The two most important we set our videowalls: one 4x4 - 184" and two 3x3 - 138", multimedia stands, monitors 60". In the game zone we set our multimedia tables with games, videowalls 2x2 and 3x1. In the restaurant we hang screens to let participants watching an event TV. Except small devices, we used all together 45 seamless monitors, 40 m2 of LED screen, 36 monitors 50", 3 multimedia tables, 3 multimedia stands, 2 screens 60", one 80". We were responsible also for a vision during the speeches. For these two days of the event we prepared much earlier, to installation and implementation went smoothly and without surprises. It went good. It was for us not only a prestigious project, but above all a very valuable experience.
